Food Festival Vendor Registration

Rules:
By May 11, submit your form to the CA State Fair Food Festival & Competition to participate.

Your food item must fit into at least one of these categories:
• New to you and the CA State Fair & Food Festival
• Unique or creative item that has not been seen before
• New authentic cultural item
• Fresh and healthy (such as vegan, non-GMO, organic, low-sodium)
• Unusual ingredient combination

This food item is not the same as the Taste of the Fair.

This food item portion value should be $12 or more.

Item must also be available to purchase for $12 or more to any guest not having a Food Festival Pass through July 30.

Vendors will accept the Food Festival voucher from the guest (similar to Food Script, but no change given) and return those vouchers to CSF auditing staff daily. Vendor will receive $8.50 credit toward their rent per voucher returned. Vendor will ring sale as a commissionable item on their register.
