Thoroughbred Horse Racing comes to the CA State Fair & Food Festival every Summer.
Summer’s coming and you know what that means, live Thoroughbred Horse Racing returns to the track at the California State Fair! Reserve your box seat during the Fair for nine days of racing action.
Daily racing at 3:45 pm on:
- July 14-16, 2023
- July 21-23, 2023
- July 28-30, 2023
Horse racing bets are cash only. Golden 1 ATMs available nearby.

Horse Racing Named Races
2023 Named Races Package Includes:
- One Named Race
- One Box Seat for the day of your race (6 seats total)
- 6 General Admission tickets to the California State Fair on the day of your named race
