Thank you for your interest in providing media coverage of the CA State Fair & Food Festival. Please complete the form to apply for your media credential. Credentials must be picked up no later than Monday, July 10, 2023. 

Reminder: Credentials are assigned to a media organization, not an individual person, and can be only used by approved members of your organization. When requesting a specific number of media credentials please refer to the guide below:
  • Television – maximum of 10
  • Radio – maximum of 8
  • Print – maximum of 4
  • Photography – maximum of 2
  • Online – maximum of 2

Megan’s Law Form & Valid ID:

Before you proceed with the application, please download and fill out the Megan’s Law form. There will be a field in the application to upload and include your filled out form. The media credential application cannot be processed until we receive a Megan’s Law form for all members providing coverage on the Fairgrounds.

While Media Credentials are transferable within a station/publication, each individual planning to use the Media Credential must also provide the proper form of ID. Please have photo copies of all valid IDs, there will be a section below for uploading.
