The application for donation requests is closed as of July 7, 2022.
Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we can only support recognized non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations within California.
In order to be considered, requests must be received a minimum of six weeks prior to the event and limited to one per calendar year. After the form has been submitted electronically, we will contact you only if we are able to process your request.
Donations consist of a California State Fair Fun Pack (4 GA Tickets, Parking, 4 Ride or Monorail Tickets; a $91 value).
We do not mail donations, if approved, your organization will need to pick up the package at the Cal Expo Administration Building during business hours between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
