Josh Humphries lives in Harrison, Tennessee, joined the ARBA in 1994, and received his Rabbit Judges License #784 in 2001. Over the past 29 years Josh has raised a number of breeds to learn about the finer points of each breed to enhance his judging skills. Josh has also raised Black American Cavies.  Today Josh’s main focus is raising top quality Britannia Petites and Dwarf Papillons.

 

Josh has traveled all across the USA and while officiating in 47 states. Over the years Josh has made many international judging trips to Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Canada, and England; has been selected to judge Best In Show Groups at numerous ARBA Conventions; judged Youth Best In Show at the 2014 and 2019 ARBA Conventions; judged Open Best In Show at the 2016 and 2017 ARBA Conventions; and judged Best in Show at the Bradford (England) ARBA Stakes Show in 2018.

Josh is the current ARBA President and has served 3 previous terms in this position before being re-elected in 2022; Former ARBA District 6 Director serving 3 terms; Former ARBA Standards Committee Member; and the 2013 ARBA Distinguished Service Award recipient.

 

Professionally, Josh is a partner and the administrator of a small animal veterinary group where he has been employed for the past 24 years.
