Amanda is a Registered Veterinary Technician Equine Medicine/ICU Coordinator at The Ohio State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital.

She has been raising rabbits for 12 years and is a licensed ARBA judge. She is on the board of directors for the National Federation of Flemish Giant Rabbit Breeders, National Californian Specialty Club, Ohio Californian Specialty Club, and the Ohio State New Zealand Rabbit Breeders Association. The following breeds are raised in her rabbitry currently: New Zealands, Californians, Checkered Giants, Netherland Dwarfs, and Flemish Giants.

Amanda has been named Master Breeder/Honor Roll for the national Flemish Giant club, Ohio State New Zealand Person of the Year, and Distinguished Service Award for the Ohio State Rabbit Breeders Association. She has a Bachelor’s of Science and Mathematics from Kent State University as well as an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology from Columbus State University.

Amanda has 2 very active 4-H daughters, Haydn and Shayne, her fiancé Ryan, as well as 3 ogs, Bane, Eugene, and Jeep, and 1 cat named George.
