Ag Mechanics are for projects built by FFA Members in high school. Projects are constructed in class as part of the student’s curriculum. Entries may vary from Wood Projects to BBQ stands to Livestock Trailers to Almond Hullers.

| July 18, 2023 | 9 – 11 pm: Projects delivered, Gate 12, follow signs to Ag Mechanics. Outstanding Exhibitor Interviews for FFA Ag Mechanics |
| July 19, 2023 | Judging |
| July 26, 2023 | Judging Results posted online |
| July 26, 2023 | Premier Exhibitor Final Interviews, Check in with the Livestock Office upon arrival at the State Fair |
| July 26, 2023 | 3:30 pm Awards Ceremony, Livestock Pavilion Release Ag Mechanics Projects following the completion of the Awards Ceremony |
| July 31, 2023 | Release remaining Ag Mechanics Projects |
