The Cultural Advisory Council (CAC) helps enhance the outreach efforts of the Cal Expo Board of Directors and staff to various cultural communities throughout the State and advises the Board on matters pertaining to multi-cultural programs related to education, entertainment, and other activities at the California State Fair.
