| May 23, 2025 | Shipping must be received by 4 pm |
| May 30 – May 31, 2025 | Hand deliver entries between 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm |
| June 20, 2025 | Artist statements and resumes due by e-mail |
| July 11, 2025 | Exposition opens. Award results posted online |
| July 13, 2025 | Awards Ceremony in Expo Center Building #7 |
| August 2, 2025 | Entry & award pick up 9 am – 5 pm |
