Aisha’s academic background includes a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) degree with a specialization in heritage preservation. Her project management and curation skills were put to the test during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic when she worked as a Project Manager and Curator for the Sacramento.Shop Project at the Atrium 916. Aisha’s commitment to the arts community is further evident through her volunteer work with the Creativity+ Podcast and her appearances at the Sacramento Creative Economy Meetings. In addition to her virtual endeavors, she serves as the Archivist for the Sojourner Truth Museum in Sacramento, California, preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of African Americans.
